The reason I joined the fitness world is probably one of the most common reasons like many other wellness and fitness professionals; to help people stay healthy and fit while they deal with all other matters in their lives.

The idea of combining massage and exercises started after about three months of my personal training career. Surprisingly, I had clients age from 18-90 and all of them had some types of pain on their joints or muscles. So I studied Correctives Exercises and incorporated Self-Myofascial Release techniques in my training, but it did not go as well as I expected because some clients had a hard time using some of the tools to perform Self-Myofascial Release and some tools are just not effective enough.

So I looked for other methods. After researching, I decided to study massage so I can help them release some of the muscle tension and stretches to better assist my clients to achieve their fitness goals. 

I believe Exercise + Massage = great boost of wellness, (Exercise + Massage) x Yi = great++ boost of wellness!!
